Floor Plans
The Awanita (Baby Deer) The Awanita is the perfect getaway cabin. At 1,100 square feet, it features an open great room with lots of windows. The kitchen and bedroom are also in the downstairs area. The Awahili (Eagle) The Awahili is approximately 2,300 square feet and features fabulous views from anywhere in the home ... from the great room to the dining room, even to the master bedroom. The large kitchen and dining room are perfect for entertaining guests. Patio doors lead from the dining room and the master bedroom to the expansive deck. The upstairs, which overlooks the great room, can be easily converted to a guest bedroom or an office. The Udahali (Sunny) The Udahali is approximately 2,500 square feet and is designed to take advantage of "sunny days" and panoramic views. In addition to a wall of windows, the great room features cathedral ceilings and a stone fireplace. The kitchen features a built-in bar that opens into the great room. The separate mudroom/laundry room is a must for any active family. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor and features a large walk-in closet, large master bath and patio doors that lead out to a covered porch on the deck. The Atali (Mountain) The Atali is 3-levels and 6,500 square feet. The gourmet kitchen which opens to the dining room and great room is perfect for entertaining. Doors from the kitchen lead to a covered porch. The master suite features a large bedroom with patio doors that lead to a wrap around deck and a hot tub. The master suite also features an exercise room with a steam room/sauna, a large walk-in closet, a dressing room, and a large master bedroom with an enclosed shower and old fashion tub.
